Hello! My name is Bill and I started this website during some life changes, naming it after the Hand On Wall Rule for finding one's way out of a maze:
If the maze is simply connected, ... then by keeping one hand in contact with one wall of the maze the solver is guaranteed not to get lost and will reach a different exit if there is one.
Why a maze? Well, I've been known to overthink things and after doing this for a few hours, the expression "getting lost in thought" starts to feel pretty real. Expressing myself through blog posts and online tools felt like a productive, relaxing way out:
